Thursday Mar 4 #

cycling 47:09 [3] 17.14 km (2:45 / km) +14m 2:44 / km
ahr:146 max:168

Has felt so good to be a bit faster again in the morning recently. I've been eating breakfast which is making a difference, think I'll stick to TRF on days I don't have to get up early

Walking 1:14:38 [1] 5.66 km (13:11 / km) +11m 13:04 / km

Strolling with clients. Really cold today

cycling 49:20 [3] 17.14 km (2:53 / km) +18m 2:52 / km
ahr:144 max:161

Last few km felt harder. Knee a bit annoyed by my pants again, but less so than Monday. I'd definitely had one or two weeks where it was no problem at all, but I do feel this is just a blip and I've gotta take it easy. Also menstruating which doesn't help with inflammation, and I know I have tendencies to have issues in the nerves around my pelvis when I'm menstruating

Wednesday Mar 3 #

Bellydancing 25:27 [1]
ahr:89 max:117

More of Sabriye's baladi; was going to do 45 mins but got hungry and felt exhausted so cut it short. Very tired this week and psoas and whole front of body has felt really tired

Bellydancing 40:00 [1]

Teaching baladi. Tons of fun!

Weight Training 43:00 [4]

Was annoyed I forgot to put my HR monitor on! Knees felt fine. Felt sore in quads (or rather, tired in quads) and felt the arms a bit after

Tuesday Mar 2 #

Walking 27:27 [3] 2.21 km (12:25 / km)

Having a rough morning. Doesn't feel like my week. But the walk made me feel better

Bellydancing 1:13:30 [3]
ahr:107 max:144

Teaching beginners plus 10 mins of my own brainteasing beforehand - cooking up something for my int/adv dancers

Monday Mar 1 #

Bellydancing 11:47 [1]

First part of Sadie's jewel basics. Exhausted. R knee a bit hot

cycling 48:25 [3] 17.22 km (2:49 / km) +14m 2:48 / km

No issues with knee at all. Felt fresher than usual (slept better, ate breakfast, think there was no headwind)

Walking 1:42:34 [1] 7.79 km (13:10 / km)

Reeeeeeeeeeeeal cold. Couple of times felt the right knee the tiniest bit but overall fine

cycling 45:35 [3] 17.12 km (2:40 / km) +21m 2:39 / km

Felt speedy

Upon waking, I do still notice the R knee but can tell it's already better than yesterday. Just need to be careful. Interesting because earlier in the week I felt the L knee a teeny tiny bit after the jumps on Wednesday. I'm not actually too concerned because they've both been so good recently that I was actually planning to start running this week. I think it's more a blip on the radar and it's going to recover quick if I'm careful. So going to push back any running by a week. Have also been immensely exhausted this week and didn't sleep well a couple of nights, which definitely plays a role

Walking 1:05:58 [1] 5.0 km (13:12 / km)

Exactly 5km. Wild. After first 500m or so suddenly had really bad pain in R knee and actually thought I'd have to turn back. Did isometric quad contraction for about 20 secs and then it was totally fine and didn't play up again.

Bellydancing 5:00 [1]

All felt a bit too much to attend the whole day. Exhausted. Just followed a few wee bits while cooking dinner
