Really enjoyed this. Tried not to rush myself. Tib ant a bit tired, but nothing that felt alarming, just a good challenge for the body. I've been avoiding running because the building up process feels overwhelming, so I think I'm going to continue with very short additions. I used it like a warm up for my HIIT today, and that felt really good

Made my smoothie and drank it throughout the stretching. Intro to intermediate flexibility with AL, which I've been wanting to try for ages. Skipped warm up (already warm) and just did the front splits, because 1.5 hours felt like a bit too much for today
