Had insanely intense abdominal pain for two hours today that prevented me going to the gym. Just disappeared totally randomly so guess it was some weird indigestion. Was in so much pain I couldn't stand up straight and wasn't sure I'd get home after training athletes this morning. Fine now, muscles around ankles and feet a bit tired, as are the quads, so calling it a rest day.

Really enjoyed this. Tried not to rush myself. Tib ant a bit tired, but nothing that felt alarming, just a good challenge for the body. I've been avoiding running because the building up process feels overwhelming, so I think I'm going to continue with very short additions. I used it like a warm up for my HIIT today, and that felt really good

Body Rox conditioning again, this time low impact, which was a bit easier than the high impact, but still a good workout, especially the last AMRAP. Was fasted for both the run and this today

Made my smoothie and drank it throughout the stretching. Intro to intermediate flexibility with AL, which I've been wanting to try for ages. Skipped warm up (already warm) and just did the front splits, because 1.5 hours felt like a bit too much for today
