Started very cautiously but after 5 mins or so I was off. This was the first morning that I was like “okay this is definitely improving.” Putting shoes on still sucks but is definitely better. This felt really good to do. In beginning kind of felt calf, hams, and glute, but it centralized to the glute, which is great. Did have the feeling yesterday that it’s starting to centralize. Spoke to Arthur today and determined it is likely a ton of perfect storm factors with period inflammation. I do think it will be better again tomorrow, but don’t expect it to disappear with my period going. But do think running should be fine and so does after. Need to be a bit careful with loaded flexing for next 1-2 weeks, Arthur is more concerned about ROM which is seriously limited on right side, but I also want to keep load low to begin

Woke up at 4am with pain. Paradoxically, maybe marginally better today. Not as hard putting on shoes, but still not great. First couple of hours of day suck

Pain woke me up at 5am. Keep wondering is it in the leg or the back? Putting shoes on extremely painful. But by end of day feeling way better. Movement feels good

Woke up and massive pain in hamstring. Can hardly bend leg. Feels sciaticy. Shocked because both yesterday’s sessions felt good. Period so maybe total inflammation a bit much

Right calf ankle knee all got pretty tight and sore around 6th km. Did get better in last couple. Was a bit disappointed though. But sleep has been terrible. Felt good picking up speed right at the end
