Rehab plod. Honestly don't think I *could* have run faster today. Turned off audio so I wouldn't get speed updates except for halfway. First five or so mins felt it in glute, by about 3km it had just gone to tight calf. Really tight walking after, but about an hour later was back to "normal." Will do elliptical tomorrow and incline run on Tuesday to rest it a bit. It is improving a little each day, and I'm feeling really positive that I can still train
