Haven’t slept enough last week or so - keeps being around the 7 hour mark or less. Need to try sleep early tonight. Leg actually felt pretty okay most of the night last night, and getting up this morning it is still a bit of a “dead leg” but I’m feeling it’s improving so feeling hopeful

Pretty uncomfortable night with pain. Bit of burning sensation in right outside of calf. Not actually super intense. Went to bed too late too. Questioning whether it has worsened. But also getting my period so should expect it to be worse for a few days

Went so well. So so stoked. Almost NO pain with trap bar deadlifts - still 40kg but super happy. Chin ups felt totally fine too. And surprisingly, no pain with DB split squats either. Incredible what a huge improvement it is from Monday

After an almost totally pain free day post training, woke up at 5:20 with radiculopathy. Interesting because the intensity isn’t very high, but the type of pain just makes it very hard to ignore and go on sleeping. Am trying to remind myself that it’s getting better every day (and it’s true)
