The OMM.
Started 30min after the rain. limbed well to the firsyt control in 52min and spiked it. Then turned into the wind, impossible!! Getting blown over scrambling over rocks, no other way to go (short Score). We were not moving fast enough to keep warm. We were almost at next control but had to go over a very exposed coll and after the wind knocking us down again and with us both shivering. I suggested calling it a day and heading beck the way we had came. Small streams were now raging torrents!! Good decision, the event was then cancelled and we spent the night in the car as there was severe flooding on the road!!

Blinkbonny run with Bev, reasonable pace. Having an easy week due to the OMM at the weekend. I have decided that my ankle will hold up to it. We'll see!!

Cycled with Craig and Ciaran along to Kirk Brae up Kirk Brae along the top road and back down the hill into Balerno then along the Lanark Road home.
It was pretty windy and cold but no rain we wimped out on the downhill due to the wet leaves and went slow, sometimes with the brakes on!!
It was good fun but the kids did leave me at times.

Ran to Currie kirk and back with Bev ankle was stiff but was just straight out of bed.

Still trying to decide if I should do the OMM next weekend?

Run with Craig he had to stop a few times to streatch as his knees were sore. However I did try to push the pace when I could. Felt good but ankle a little sore afterwards.
