Mcleans Island rogaine with Jan. Were donig pretty well for first 2 hours, slowed down for last hour after Jan hurt his knee. Few controls we couldn't find too.

With Josh and Lucy, up crocodile and kennedys bush. Hit up the trails along the top toward sugarloaf, round to vic park, then back on summit rd, and down quarry. Sweet run, weather was nice :)
