From top of kennedys bush rd, up kennedys bush track, over the summit rd, up and around on ellas track and onto the crater rim trail, then back down kennedys bush track. felt pretty good!!

Did some warmup drills but didnt include their time. Ran from Hansens park clubrooms over to Rapaki steps, did some fast stuff and strengthening stuff over the first flight, then did the circuit 7 times at full speed, resting after each one. jogged back to clubroms.
