kennedys bush. , started from quarry entrance and went 2 summit road up track. pretty good run.

Volunteered to go to this awsome coaching session where john herdman whos the womens nz u17 coach was taking a course 4 coaches. It was mint, a pretty tough workout, i was constantly on the go
