Did an 800m in 2.40, and a 100m. Also did shotput and discus, but didnt include their times. time is approx. 800 waas alrite, xcept i went out pretty hard in da 1st lap and was stuffed with 200m 2 go!

Athletics Training intervals 1:30:00 [4] 2.5 km (36:00 / km)
Athletics training at hansens park :). Did a 400m warmup, then went and did a pyramid, which was 100m, then 150m, then 200m, then 250m, then back down- resting inbetween. did a 400m warm down.
