Up Bowenvale valley track, onto hidden valley track, then up bowenvale downhill track to summit rd, along bowenvale traverse down the victoria park mtb tracks. Down victoria park rd and harry ellis track off the side. Cut over to dyers pass rd and the down hackthorne to lowick ave :D

Warmup, 6 x 60m strideouts. 9 x 200m intervals, 1:45 recovery inbetween as walking back to start. Planning on a good hill run tomorrow!
