Went out for a cruisey cycle to loosen up the legs after yesterday (feeling very worn out, even though i slept for 11 hrs last night!). It was fun, i finally managed to ride no hands which is very fun and relaxing!!
Thought i better do some short hard stuff before canty athletics, so did:

Happy to see they are even slitely faster than last time, which were faster than the time before that!
Then did some sprinty stuff up the bottom flight
