Went out for a cruisey cycle to loosen up the legs after yesterday (feeling very worn out, even though i slept for 11 hrs last night!). It was fun, i finally managed to ride no hands which is very fun and relaxing!!

Athletics race (Canterbury school champs) 9:18 [5] 2.7 km (3:27 / km)

800m - 2.39 pb!! wasnt planning on doing it but was entered so did it anyway and came 6th :D !

1500m - 5.29 pb!! came 6th :D

4 x 400 relay with sarah sam and patty it was awesome! - 1.10 - dont know exact time. Came 6th we think

was a sweet but tiring day!

Happy to see they are even slitely faster than last time, which were faster than the time before that!

Then did some sprinty stuff up the bottom flight

2x jumping (2up,1down)
1x hopping left
1x hopping right
