shoes: Brooks cascadia 4

Up Rapaki, down Huntsbury in pretty crappy weather. Pushed hard up rapaki, but ran out of steam before the top, did it in sub24mins just though. Then just cruised round the road and down huntsbury. Ended up cold, wet and drained.
