From Halswell Quarry up Kennedys, along summit, over Vernon and down Rapaki. Approx 18km.

mtb/cycle hills 1:35:00 [3]

5min changeover at car.. then up Rapaki, along summit and down Worsleys. Approx 17km.

Note

Focused on keeping fluid and energy levels up throughout.

Slow easy jog warmup, and joined in a few drills. Will run tomorrow to test achilles.
