Intervals. Flat and uphill. 4 loops, times: 5.30 - 5.23 - 5.17 - 5.10. Fun with negative splits :-) Good shape actually, and a good feeling to push hard all alone.
Snow intervals. Really crazy stuff. Ran back and forth across the large field in front of the Tower Building. 10+10+8 minutes, 3 minutes breaks. Got seriously tired, but the shape was really good :-)
