Woke up at 6.30 am, packed my bag and rode to Ski. From there, took the train to Oslo, where Carl W.K. was waiting. We got on the train with our bikes to Grua, and there our journey began.

The plan for the day was to get to all the peaks in Nordmarka (the big forested area north of Oslo) higher than 700 meters above sea level. We began riding, and then parked our bikes to run/hike to the tops. Altogether, including eating breaks, we were out for 10 hours and 36 minutes. It was really dark when we came back to Oslo at half past eight.

All in all a wonderful trip, and it all went surprisingly easy.

Club run. Ran the girl loop with Kjell Arild and Simen. Tired.

45 minutes with core exercises on the floor. Definitely something to keep on doing.
(And MrPither, if you're still single; the core workout in Ås is the place to be :-)
