Orienteering at Eldor. Had made a fun course on the good part of the map. Struggled a bit to keep up the concentration, but got lost only once.

8 * 750 meters with the track and field team. Good shape. No sore calves or anything :-)

Club run. Really dark now. Good shape, except for my left calf being really sore.

Managed to do push-ups continuously for 2 x 1 minute =)
