Running warm up/down 15:00 [1]
Orienteering race 59:00 [3]
District Championship for Oslo&Akershus. Very big field. Was just running in line through the first butterfly and until the 12th control. Then it spread out a bit, and I had to orienteer myself from the trail and into the 13th control. Then I ended up running alone through the last butterfly loop, but saw some lights ahead of me. Picked up a group at the second last control, and sprinted all I had. Was 4th overall, but best of the runners from the district, so got a nice medal :-)

JK relay. Ran the first leg. Very good race. Was among the leaders all the way, and changed over as number 3. Good orienteering and good running shape.
