Looped around the neighborhood since I didn't want to go down the hill. Felt so slow! Half the time into the wind. Mountain bike, so I guess when I ride my other bike, I will feel super speedy, maybe.

First mile in 1235, then walked 2 minutes, and then sped up some more to end up with a negative split. Tasting copper after I came inside from the bike ride, but the warm inside air helped relieve the pain fairly quickly.
