Haircut, compliments of Sarah, and my "I just want to cut my hair off" attitude. It will grow back.
Besides the haircut, Sarah and Lailah did all sorts of decluttering and such, and now I feel calmer, more settled, in the living room recliner, and upstairs in bed.
Overdid the scooting around a bit though. Plan is for less trips up and down the stairs tomorrow, which I have to do on my bottom...
