.75 miles with snorkel, followed .25 miles without. Formed a relay team for the off road xterra tri in July. I am doing the swim leg, in the lake, which is two loops totally .75 miles. Working on endurance and being able to lift head to spot a straight line. Lift head up is hard. Hope to get stronger.
