Orienteering (Broad Creek) 2:17:00 [3]7 km (19:34 / km)
Mowed the lawn yesterday. Does that count as a workout? Decided to tackle the Red course at Broad Creek - working on endurance for the spring A meets. Course is a lot of fun and my per/k time is about normal for me. Legs really sore the next day.

Thursday Jan 3

Running (Treadmill) 1:15:00 [2]5.0 mi (14:59 / mi)
Still feel like lead in my legs and wheezing a bit. Struggle through 5 miles.

Tuesday Jan 1

Running (Trail Run) 3:15:00 [3]15.0 mi (13:00 / mi)
Starting the new year off right with a training run in PWNF. Want to average 20 miles a week this year. I averaged 14.5 per week last year. I had 4 weeks of 0 miles (sinus infections) and 2 of 40 miles. I completed a marathon and a 50k. The bulk of my weeks (31) were between 3-15 miles.

Crawl out of a warm bed on the coldest day we have had this winter and meet at 7 am. Want to quit after 1/2 mile, but decide to stick with it through the 1st 5 mile loop. Then another and then another... Gave blood 6 days ago and decide this is why I feel so sluggish.
