Green course with Darcy G. Almost a flawless effort with only a few times just a bit off. Started out slowly to try to keep breathing issues to a minimum and it worked.

Windy & 42 but most of route was with wind coming from the side, so it was bearable...lungs burn to take a breath for the first 20 minutes even though I wasn't going very fast...
Walking (Treadmill) 40:00 [1] 2.56 mi (15:37 / mi)
Walked the treadmill program that went up to 4.5 mph and 10% grade (had to jog a little at the 4.5 end). Ugh! I hate incline! Hurt to take a breath until about 20 or so minutes in.
