Walked at 4mph for 5 minutes, and then ran at 4.5-5 mph for 5 minutes. Alternated every 5 minutes, except I skipped one running section. So, 35 walking and 25 running.
Limited pool hours because of impending storm, so I knew lap lanes would be crowded. So, I did 50 minutes pool running and 10 minutes treading water. Now home to wait for the snow to start.
