Good workout with pepper and Dee. Feels like I should be able to orienteer again once the season starts up again in September. Left foot is mostly pain free during exercise and only a bit stiff and sore later. Have had a bad night or two when it is extremely painful after overdoing it, but by the next morning, it is back to usual.
