GReat fun managed to get a run as it was a middle. Was going to head off earlier otherwise as we had a party to go to.

Does anyone know how to cut off a Garmin track? I left it running while I was in the scout hut

Ran with Garmin 405, so actually know how long I ran, 8.5 miles. So not that bad although got Jeff'd by min per km. He must be running fast. Best get consistent.

didn't notice the cold though, must be gone.
