Weather wasn't braw but I really enjoyed it my thanks got to the Tullie household it was a good event. The samll touches were really noticeable.

Ran from home up to the White House pub, went direct-ish over some rough stuff. Was stumbling for 10+ mins through waist high tussocks.....

Need a fell race to go through it to stamp it down.

Eventually got the bike home from work after late night last night and just not able on Wednesday night to either. Have stopped playing moshi monsters to log my training.

Maybe I should get a Garmin to help with the logging of training.... my birthday is coming up.

Really enjoyable area hit most things well, not sure I would call it spiked, but well. Lost time here and there but felt great out there. Obviously riding to work and some training helps. The forest was so enjoyable, would highly recommend going back.

Could do with some speed work, but can't complain as I was 2 mins ahead of Joe Mercer. Good to see him and other people out.

Ran alongside the girls as they rode there bikes on the edge next to the White House pub above stoodley pike.

Stopped half way for lunch (very early for elevenses) and came back again.

Note

2 hours of building a wall does that count as training.

Still only half finished, it has taken me all summer to get going, but the weather was decent. Mind you on my second mix of cement it started to rain.

Went to my first circuit session in 8 years. Feel ok now but I am sure I will feel the burn tomorrow. May get the train in.

Really good session lead by a local physio who also fell runs. Perfect for fell runners apparently. More like perfect if you want to drip sweet for an hour over a nice room.
