Went for a run. Wasn't feeling to good but it was a chance to go for a run. Tod to Hebden Bridge by a roundabout route. Think my heart rate was going higher than usual.
Saw Fionne nee Austin in Hebden Bridge, but as WW3 was kicking off I had to get back to help sarah with the girls (and I was running late).
