Running (ITW) 36:25 [4] 5.0 mi (7:17 / mi)

Started well and then disappear into lull in the middle but pushed at the end to beat last week's time.

All good to get out on a nice morning. Shame about the day at work.
5 PM

Running (BFW) 18:00 [4]

Meeting ran over and I missed the bus to the station so decided to run back. But still was running late (excuse the bad pun) and ran up to the road to get back in time for tea!

Cycling (Moutain Biking) 1:30:00 [4]

A sweet little route round the back of Stoodley and then off the side back to Mytholomroyd. It was too hot and tired for a run but perfect for a ride. More of the same please :)

Orienteering race 59:06 [5] 6.1 km (9:41 / km) +160m 8:34 / km

Another cracking day, great to be out there, still not running fast but at least I was running and enjoying my orienteering.

Broke 10 min/k both days which is a good start just need to wean myself off the NWJS cakes..........

Saw Ben and Drew B, shame they did a heck of lot of cycling yesterday will blow my weekly time out of the water.

Orienteering race 1:51:26 [5] 11.3 km (9:52 / km) +485m 8:07 / km

REally good to get out, much better in terms of racing than trying and failing badly to pot hunt at the JK 21s. Managed to get all the way round without dying, next aim is to get up to where Chris Heppenstall is at the moment. I think with (a lot) more training it is do-able. Just couldn't run on the uphills

As to high DAm it was great to be on it no major-major wobbles, just quiet a few faffs. Dropped a compass and had to go back on the next leg for it but no majors as it was an alright route.

High Dam was in good condition.

Running (ITW) 37:07 [4] 5.0 mi (7:25 / mi)

Still not work out the distance but actually timed myself for the first time in ages. Have now set the marker.

Need to rememnber what to leave at work to make my bag lighter. The heaviest of the 3 weeks so far.

Need to work out the distance......

Running 56:00 [4] 7.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Not feeling brillant but possibly part of it was going straight from work to the club run after Snoots managed to get a run in during the day.

need to get myself a fancy garmin so I can tell distances and times. Getting back into doing some running

Running race (Leg 1 - C'dale Way Relay) 1:33:15 [4] 10.55 mi (8:50 / mi)

Rough approximation for my time today, will get a more exact time soon. I suppose I should invest in these GPS watches.

Nice weather bit windy at times but grand

Running tempo (Fell Club Run) 1:05:00 [4]

Went out on the club run on the Hepptenstall Fell Race (6th July ish) if anyone is interested?

Good, some hard hills but good to catch up with people I had not seen in ages.

Running race (Coiners Fell Race) 1:10:00 [5] 12.2 km (5:44 / km) +405m 4:55 / km

Hmmm, not great but still not bad considering it is my second run in a month. Grant the other one was on Friday.

I so need to be consistent with my training.....
