Sort of blew up yesterday at the Heptonstall Fell Race. Coming to the bottom of the last hill and slowed to a walk, had to walk the last hill. I think it must have been the heat/not eaten enough/not been doing enough running.

Got let out early so I could catch Ffion's sports day.

Had to get lunch in Mytholmroyd and the only thing that was there was the van, nice cumberland sausage.

Felt ok, better than the Wicken Hill whizz the other week. Did a better time than last year by 1 min but know there is more to come. Need to think about my training
