Core/Strength/Pilates (Pilates) 1:00:00 [3]
My first time doing a full on Pilates class in proper class like environment. It was very similar to stuff I had done before on training weekends.
My core seems to be ok, obviously lacking strength in certain side need to work on it...... Good introduction to club la santa.

Was going to do the run this morning but Sarah was suffering after the long day yesterday so I took the girls and went for the 3k walk. Let Sarah have a lie in.
Now I wasn't going to put this in as training but I am just following Jon X's example by putting these minutes in the diary. Gosh I must be desparate.
Still trying to work out if I did anything else that day. Some swimming with the girls in the cold Club La Sant leisure pool
