Really enjoyable area hit most things well, not sure I would call it spiked, but well. Lost time here and there but felt great out there. Obviously riding to work and some training helps. The forest was so enjoyable, would highly recommend going back.

Could do with some speed work, but can't complain as I was 2 mins ahead of Joe Mercer. Good to see him and other people out.

Another hard session, have decided I have not stomach muscles. It was agony doing those exercises.
