Suffice to say day 2 of the course and I managed to stay dry :)
Got my 2 star so have got my qualification for the c2c. My hips really hurt now.
p.s. not being a (total) lazy git I have been doing some riding but logging it on the garmin watch and account. Not yet worked out how to transfer it over with out double keying.

Out getting my Kayak BCU 2 Star Award went for 3 swims. 2 unintentional and 1 on purpose (had to capsize that time and self rescue).
