It has been a while and I have to say got a bit of a shock when Emil was playing with the weighing scales and got me to step on. I always reside just under 12 Stone, but that day I was quiet clearly over the 12 stone mark, no matter how I stood on the scales. Must have been picking up the kg's that Middleditch lost.
So recently I have got back on the wagon after taking a break over Christmas, bike broken and didn't want to do anything. It all started when Claire visited over New Year, really good to go out for a run with her.
SO have made my mind up to run at least twice a week (one of those into work) and bike where I can. Seemed to have picked up a run at the Dark Mountains, but trying to drop down from elite (psychologically not up for it). Would like to get out longer than 1 hours regularly and pick up a MM at the end of the year. Still working out the aims for the year, but orienteering not featuring, more for fun at the mo.
Anyone know how I flick from lbs to kgs?
