Need something to unwind after the train journey from hell missed connections, slow trains and screaming kids (when parents couldn't be bothered to anything)
Intervals (2 x 1 mile) 30:41 [5] 7.1 km (4:19 / km)
Did a warm up and the 2 x 1 mile intervals with 5 min gap. Thought I might be able to fit a 3rd but there wasn't enough space in the Cardiff Bay loop. And tea was calling.
Need to set my Garmin for a pace as well as distance. Got two sub 6 min miles, felt hard though. Need to do more.
