Bike has a flat tyre and the MTB was at the bottom of the pile of bikes so I thought it was a good omen to run. Felt it a bit and nearly stopped in Sowerby Bridge to catch the bus but glad I carried on. Not bad considering the laptop and climb compare to my 10k at the weekend.
