hills on treadmill - couldn't fit in much before all my pts today so a bit disappointed with this session, but going to stretch with a client tonight and hopefully try out rpm so will do a bit more later

tried jess rpm class at work for work during work get to train for work, work is great! was real good but bloody hard as I havnt been on a spin bike since I left aus... and I wake up to txt next morning after this saying 'don't forget your kit today you have spinathon' omggggggg meh ass
