had gym instructor training this morning and we started out with the yoyo fitness test as we will be introducing fitness testing classes along with some gym circuits…. should be real fun I'm keen as to run some! I pulled out pretty early on because i had to pee real bad and got a huge cramp… but i still came 2nd out of the gymmies and i plan on re-arching felipe on a good day or at least a not so crampy day!

session felipe made up for me…. mostly squat series… didn't love it, and wasn't loving it in the kinvaras either! so many feet issues atm! but good to get back into the gym for a change

Trains were running super slow today because of the heat... So I was like half an he late so just went out and jogged a b course with the map for just over halfa... Exhausting day at work and stuff so was feeling pretty wrecked

Sprint training map memory exercise that I did with bun! We were both pretty good on it... But it wasn't a map that lent to particularly hard legs... Was good to get into some simplification processes before a control pick though

Was pretty tired from day at work by this stage but went along for a jog and was happy with how I ran! Fun new Kyneton map! And discovered that Kyneton has a velodrome !!

Note

Had planned to train today but ran overtime at Physio then he wanted videos of my feet while running so did that then had to go to work and ran out of time... Ran for like 15mins on the treadmill eugh
