Holey moley todays course... i did SO BAD! :(:(
I dno what is up with me atm but i am definitely not 100% because I cant run for shit and its extremely frustrating! the course was pretty epic, the first control took me 45mins and 5kms :S
By the end of the course I was walking and stopping like every 5steps to try and breath - felt like i was climbing to base camp again :(
Frustrating because I didnt really make any significant mistakes just couldnt hack the course.
Been getting over that shitty cold for a few weeks now and just seriously lacking energy.... made for inefficient training in the last few weeks.... off advice from duncan im just going to take a full recovery week this week and attempt to get well in time for easter :S
Saw a dietician today so hopefully some new eating habits will be key and booked a doctor appt!
