Yesterday was the first day I kind of felt myself since DK again which is pretty bad but just been in such all over the place sleep pattern with work, and lots of new pts so long hours and just constantly knackered so really backed off on the training this week and going to keep it like that over the weekend to see if I feel a bit more fresh next week!!

Was super busy today and feeling quite exhausted still from earlies then big weekend and straight back to work so didn't plan to train but one of the girls from work came in in the evening so decided to train with her! Felt a bit sick though as I had just ate my own weight in pizza and cake for sams bday...

hills on treadmill... felt like it was kinda hard work but as I only had less than half an hour by the time I got into work today I decided to up the tempo... accidentally hit the emergency stop so got interrupted half way through grrr.... good news is that after the horrrrrrrrible day that yesterday was, I was feeling keen for a run today :D

Was suuuuuuch good fun running around sherwood forest today! Was sort of a mix between score orienteering race and easy ocr which was very cool!! I still failed at 2 of the obstacles but think I was still like 7th or something... Possibly would have placed if I got them! Despite feeling quite average in the stomach managed to keep up a decent pace, but have sore knees now... Probably because of lack of warm up/warm down
