Went and ran round damflask to check out Percy Pud course with housemate frank and a few clients! Shins average! Really beautiful sunny cold evening!! walked the last couple of kms as one client was having itb troubles!

Dno if I can count this as training... but was on a brooks event day today and we took the new levitates out for a spin to the Birmingham shop and stood there for a while chatting them back, thought we'd be going on a decent run!! Amazzzinnnnggggg shoe though! Devastated they didn't let us keep them!

Had an alright race really, didn't make any huge errors just slow on this one control in the pit that I/we missed both times! Felt alright running!!
Another note: Weird situation at the end though when this random girl was screaming her lungs out cos her bf had drive her out to redmires then dumped her there at 8at night.... v strange

Head not in the game at all today and manages to totally cock up logging my session on my watch! So this run is the track sesh plus the 3km odd jog back to U and R!
12x 400s - pace dropped off in last km round track so started slowing around the 8 reps mark! Not feeling super ready to worry about my pace atm though... give this month to bed back in to track sessions then really hit them hard!! Legs feel knackered now, shins surprising not

Followed Barber down Eccy rd this time! Summoned up the courage to check whether it was in fact the actual nic barber and said hello... all to get into work and realise I was sporting a fashionable toothpaste lip liner! Such as it goes!! Rough ridding home after track sesh!!

took the group down to sharrow vale cemetary park to do some short hills - bit sketchy at night probs wont go there again haha

feeling a bit worse for ware atm - got some mild shin splints from circuits i think, and a very stiff back and a sore knee tonight which im hoping will all ease off now i have some training sessions in the diary!

Took thegroupup to mill houses where we did about 10mins of drills, then 10 x 30/30secs... got one client who's getting a bit faster now so I'm starting to get an alright session too
