Another day of work and then came home and fell asleep so still just took it easy again today.
Always a frustrating situation but positive that I can still work after getting a minor infection rather then having a full crash out for a week! Just have to very careful about making sure I take the rest I need after. Leaps and bounds on from a few months ago!

Woke up with an infection and nath had to take me into the doc to get antibiotics and swap work days with me! Had quite a bad night didn’t sleep much then a rubbish day and slept half the afternoon.

SYO toc at Graves Park - tried your do my C25K (3x9W1R) but it didn’t work so well as the middle of the course was a bit too steep across hillside to run so just jogged more when I could around when I could! Fun little mining area near the the end! Felt pretty knackered and tired in the legs though

Got called back into work suddenly today so have started back on a phased return! So was pretty knackered by circuits and absolutely spent after and glands were all starting to flare up in throat! Definitely gonna take some adjusting!

C25K round redmires with Nath (2x10R2W, 5R) ended up being a bit longer than we expected though as a path was closed and we stopped for a little dip in Wyming Brook bear the end! Lovely

Went and did a sprintervals map with Nath around Rugby (C25K - 3x 8R2W). Really enjoyed and felt like I was able to push the runs a little instead of just moving at a slow jog. Felt hard by the 3rd one. Chest still getting a bit tight

Just a jog (C25K - 3x8R2W +5R10W at the end) around Fosse Meadows with Viv. First time since I started C25K that I had a positive performance rating on my watch and we went pretty slow but I really felt like I could have worked a bit harder so it was good

Did my C25K (3x 7R2W) round Hartshill toc with Harriet and Luke. Nice little patch of forest and nice to be out. Finding these so much easier when I’m orienteering... I guess it varies the pace but obviously also occupies the mind when it feels harder than usual.
