So when I wussed out of going to the gym with my cousin this morning, little did we think if go for a 2 hr run, but alas my uncle gave me a map and it was so nice (mega storm what?)... Just couldn't help myself! Little unsure of times and dist etc as my watch died at 18kms... Will try suss it out on garmin connect when I get back to my laptop/charger at nans!

Went for another run around Heverlee this morning. Went up into the forrest for about 20mins which was nice! then down through the uni for a picture of the castle and 3 laps of the finnish running track again because i just really liked it!
legs feeling pretty rough... not appreciating being a tourist and walking around cities all day!

went for a run with my belgian friend Tine, around the herverlee campus! we mostly ran around a finnish running track, which was really really nice! i really loved it, never been on one before its like 1km long on soft bark ground and was all lit up at night which is really nice and safe!

wasnt gonna run today after yesterday... but was feeling super frustrated and upset today so decided to take some adele and jog it off...
feel a little better... really looking forward to a big bubble bath now!

felt ok this morning... thought i might be able to sweat off the cold... fair to say i felt like absolute shite after about 8mins! then tried to snot rocket forgetting i had a cold and just got snot everywhere so that was lovely! back to the duvet!
