Filled in for Jess and took a cxworx class even though the only les mills classes I've ever even done let alone teach are pump and balance... Can easily burn someone's abs for 30mins but doing it to music with an over happy demeanour is another thing... I was sweating though so they would have been!!

trained my new boss today hehe and did it with him! Bit of core was good fun! Good to be back in a gym and everyone who works here is super fun so that's nice, and can do a lot of cross training and try and sort the leg problems now too

Ran really well, but slow in the circle on 2, but nothing major... Legs go so painful half way through and had to stop and walk it out then easy jog the rest which was a bit disappointing, so nice to be in the Swedish forest again this weekend though :)

Ran 3rd leg which was really fun starting out with the other ok nolaskogsarna girls... Started off really well, happy with the Nav and pace... Then around control 5 legs started to get quite sore and I just blew out on number 7, completely distrusted the pack when they were going to spike the control and ran around a hillside for about 11mins before realising I was a huge dumb dumb, turned out OK because Lachy or someone later on on my tags made up the time and someone on another tag blew out do by the time we got to the 23rd runner all 4 legs were about even!! Was bloody freezing but really fun

norhampton aths ints - went to osteo this morning... apart from feeling like he was abusing his role and overstepping the line, he gave me some pointers on how my posture could be pushing me onto my toes putting more pressure through my shins and hence causing the pain - gonna work on this and see if it helps

Was sposed to be an easy 30 but got stuck in some paddocks in the moors trying to get up onto white edge, only to realised I was surrounded by deer that were making a lot of angry noises so pretty much ended up cutting straight up through a marsh to get away from them, lovely trundle along white and froggat edges after that though... Dismal weather
