along ricver track in lorne w max, todd, bun and eon on mt bike... extreeeeeeeeme! then halfways the the big hill in lorne to bun and eons. stacked on river track after about 20 mins, knees stung but didnt ache. massive stich at buns after 45 mins, walked a little, then ran last bit and smashed max in sprint round foodworks :D:D
