state series near vaughen springs... was good to do some erosion gully stuff that was a bit harder :)

played tennis for a macedon team, didnt do very well but got a bit of a work out, very sore the next day

went for a run with maxy around mac lodge... was good... shouldnt have told the story about chris' awkward movie date whilst going uphill though lol

ran down the mount to tennis, was an easy run but didnt eat lunch early enough so felt terrible

3km w/u, 5x200mhard/200mrec, 2km w/d
wasnt feeling great just generally tired and stomach felt a bit ick... wasnt struggling with the hills though, however started off with an alright pace and lost it pretty quickly then went right down on the last 1.5km uphill :(
