orienteering 1:00:52 [3] 6.38 km (9:32 / km)
shoes: inov8 xtalon 212

Training of the danes at tarengower, was a really good session... First a control pick and then some corridors, I ran well and only had a few scrappy controls and did a few minutes quicker than Cecilie which is AMAZING but she got into it and creamed me by about 8mins on the second course

orienteering 58:00 [4] 6.0 km (9:40 / km)
shoes: inov8 xtalon 212

Did well again in this course concentrated on minimising lost time in the control circle and also knowing whether I was running up or down contours overall for the next control (dno if I explained that well - Brodie's saying would you rathers at me) made a pretty big error on control 9 but ran well and hard for all the others!

Watch died 2/3rds of the way so guessed a bit on time and distance

running warm up/down 12:51 [3] 1.9 km (6:46 / km)
shoes: mizuno wave sayonara

orienteering intervals 28:53 [4] 4.84 km (5:58 / km)
shoes: mizuno wave sayonara

clare set three short exercises on the sprint into spring footscray map - they were really good! First a control pick in the uni then some hills ints in the garden then a route choice around the housing estate! Unfortunately I was late coming back from summer school so didnt have the pack to try and keep up with but this was probably ok as it was a fast as group and i was pretty tired from the last 2 weeks!

running 1:02:56 [3] 11.05 km (5:42 / km)
shoes: inov8 f-lite 215

Went for an explore around the beach... Ran a couple of kms up the beach which was a bit tough as the tide was coming in so it was hard to get on the hard sand... Watch went a bit spaz... Got a bit stuck by the queenscliff fort and had to do a bit of a climb up the Seawall to get out of the ocean... Then went down past the queenscliff pier where I found a codium ball...continued round and got a bit stuck in the marina and then ran up along Swan bay which was a bit like a marsh for a couple of kms then past the marine consortium and back across to the beach and out for a little swim! Hanging out for tomorrow snorkel!!
