Good sesh leading! Was down the wall for hours but not climbing that long once you minus all the faffing! Legs a bit achy still so hard on some of the more leggy moves... probs just climb the next few days to give them and the niggly foot a rest from running! Going trad climbing in the peaks tues wooooo

Burbage/higger tor loop! Load of people out climbing considering it was a bit wet and ALOT windy... felt like my head had been dunked under water by the time I got back to the car! Left foot still a bit niggly so probs just climb the next few days dno if that'll ease it off though... Loving the new bugs :)

Went into my new office and had a dabble... some ints on the watt bike... bit disappointed I couldn't get it to connect up to the app and do a decent session! But feeling a bit spent anyway! Then had a play on a few upper body machines and trx before a play on the curve... like this new playground
