Was feeling absolutely knackered today and wasn't gonna exercise but got a second wind after a nap and teaching a circuits class! So jumped on a bike for halfa and did some tabata... then jogged home because a) I thought it would still be light at 7:30... b) I thought I'd actually leave at 7:30 ha! Was dark as and I was scared... first lesson Maxamillan ever taught me - you always run faster in the dark

Mucked around in the gym for a while... nothing amazing cos I couldn't get on a god damn squat rack... and was wearing the wrong shoes for running... ended off with a much needed stretch

auto belays at virgin... actually get so knackered so quickly... also found it very weird climbing with a multilevel view of the pool/lounge/gym

On a side note this job is hectic! They just expect you to be running at 100 miles an hour ALL DAY... all day every day... all the time! didnt climb till like 8 tonight after my circuits class... have barely eaten today... just crazy... gotta get into some good routines to keep up with this pace! on the plus side its fun and everyone is super nice and i think this place will bring out the best in me as a trainer
