Was feeling absolutely knackered today and wasn't gonna exercise but got a second wind after a nap and teaching a circuits class! So jumped on a bike for halfa and did some tabata... then jogged home because a) I thought it would still be light at 7:30... b) I thought I'd actually leave at 7:30 ha! Was dark as and I was scared... first lesson Maxamillan ever taught me - you always run faster in the dark
