Stuck with my plan to jog into work after umming and arring this morning over a tired body and sore legs! Thought a short easy jog would loosen the legs out but the were tight and achy all over... probably combination of some hill runs following grid last week! It's been a massive two months at work and isn't easing off till nov! Definitely feeling a bit burnt out this month so will take a few easier days... have a think about doing peak raid with ais next weekend!!

lunchtime run up to graves park - absolutely beautiful in the forest up there.
Felt like crap... tired legs, struggling up the hill, thinking about lunch and how hungry i was the whole time... long days at work again this week probably why just feel tired in general.
